practical

Finished my practical on Tuesday for the plated desserts section of my class. It was really tough and am so glad that it is over. I'm sure i did fine, but I found myself very dissapointed with my results when i took them to my chef for critique. I haven't seen any scores yet but more than anything i'm glad it's over. This section is bread. Can't wait to get into it.
