It's been record breaking hot around here. I can't wait to get to the Central Coast of Cali for a few days! Pacific Grove here I come!

3rd time is the charm

I can't even believe it but I'm entering into my 3rd summer in Denver. I love the summer. It is the season of concerts in the park, wine on the front porch, flip-flops every day, back yard bbqs, house parties that last into the late night and I'm still comfortable in a t-shirt, and afternoon thunderstorms. i don't think it gets any better than this.

At a party last night I was amazed at how many people are just like me here. They've moved from other places and have been wooed by the city of Denver. so few are natives and even fewer plan on leaving. Although I met a girl last night that is from a small southern town and said that Denver doesn't feel like a community that knows each other. I told her that I felt totally opposite. I guess its all a matter of perspective. LA v. Denver, small town v. Denver... two opposite view points.

I'm still LOVING my job at Bonacquisti! I've helped bottle ~ 200 cases over the past 2 weeks. That is tough yet satisfying work. We had an Art Show event on Friday that was interesting and am totally looking forward to our next one in July.

All in all life is really really good.
